Morning classes are from 9-11:30 a.m. Afternoon classes are from 12:30-3 p.m. Doors are unlocked 5 minutes prior to class starting and ending.

DLCP roughly follows the Canal Winchester Local School calendar. COTA days are jointly off. Also, if they run a delay usually DLCP does too. If they are cancelled due to weather, DLCP generally is as well.

Each child is responsible for snack approximately one time per month. Please be sure to bring two healthy snack choices, cups, napkins and plates on your snack day. Remember that all food must be prepackaged and list the ingredients. We are a peanut and tree nut free facility.

Cut off dates for determining your child's appropriate class is based on how old they will be on September 30th.

3 Year Old Classes 2 days per week, both a.m. and p.m. available 3 days per week, both a.m. and p.m. available 4 Year Old Classes 2 days per week, both a.m. and p.m. available 3 days per week, both a.m. and p.m. available 4 days per week, only available in p.m. 5 Year Old Classes 3 days per week, only available in a.m. 4 days per week, only available in p.m.		Each class includes center time, circle, large & small muscle, creativity and devotions. We also have a weekly literacy program and monthly devotions with the pastor as well as a science program. 3-Year Old Classes are available 2 or 3 days per week. These classes are designed to help your child develop and improve their social skills. Colors, shapes, numbers and your child's name will also be introduced. 4-Year Old Classes are available 2, 3 or 4 days per week. Kindergarten readiness skills are covered in these classes, slower and less comprehensively for the 2 day per week group and increasingly quicker and more in-depth the more days per week your child attends. 5-Year Old Classes are available 3 (morning only) or 4 (afternoon only) days per week. These classes are designed for the child who will benefit from an extra year of preschool. Special programs are scheduled throughout the school year including a visit from The Turtle Lady each spring. Field trips are also taken with parents as drivers. Each fall classes visit Dill's Greenhouse for their Fall Festival. Other trips such as the fire department or a Columbus Metro park vary depending on teachers. Please note that the state regulates how many field trips are allowed, not our staff.
Stop by the preschool for a tour between 9-11:30 a.m. or 12:30-3 p.m. Monday thru Friday.		Open Registration begins in March each year.
