David Lutheran Christian Preschool is housed in the education
wing of David Evangelical Lutheran Church.
During the 2008-2009 school year, our average enrollment
was 174 children. Each class has a lead and an assistant
Teacher. Our child to teacher ratios are the lowest in the
area.
We are a Christian school. At each class session, the
children experience many kinds of stories and songs. But
each day, there is a Bible story as well as Christian songs.
Before their snack, there is a prayer. Our faith is simply a
part of all we do. Our message is - You are God's
child. God loves you and we love you.
A typical day in preschool includes center time, circle of
sharing time, outdoor play time, story time, music, art, and snack
time. Children also experience literacy, math & science
programs weekly, if not daily. Our hope is that children will know that school is a
happy, safe place where they can learn and grow in a loving
surrounding.
David Lutheran Christian Preschool is licensed through Ohio Job
and Family Services. We are also accredited by the National
Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

OPEN
POSITIONS 
All
teachers and assistants have either their bachelors in Early Childhood, a
similar major or are
working towards their CDA. Some staff even have their Masters in El Ed.
